VIA JULIA BUILDING

A building in Barcelona where efficient design transforms a small urban space into bright homes with terraces that embrace the nature of the city.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In the heart of Barcelona, on a site that is small but full of possibilities, stands this five-story building, designed to maximize every available centimeter. With a focus on building efficiency and intelligent design, the project was completed in a record time of 12 months, proving that quality and speed can go hand in hand.

The common areas have been optimized to the maximum, allowing most of the space to be used for living. Each apartment has been conceived with spaciousness and functionality, integrating terraces that not only expand the living area, but also offer a unique experience: touching the branches of the trees from home and enjoying nature in the middle of the city.

The design combines modernity and practicality, with clean lines, large windows that flood the interiors with light and finishes designed for an urban and contemporary lifestyle. The terraces, a distinctive element, connect residents with the natural surroundings, creating a perfect balance between privacy and openness.

This project not only responds to the demands of urban space, but also offers a new way of inhabiting the city, where architecture and nature meet to enrich the experience of those who call it home.
