We have been trained alongside great references such as Carlos Ferrater, Trias de Bes, Joan Gibernau, Elena Mateu, Gallardo-Bravo and Pep Zazurca. Each experience has enriched us, inspiring us to develop our own methodology and to shape an architecture that reflects our identity.

Architect graduated from ETSAB in 2005, Cristina combines passion, experience and commitment in every project she leads. Since May 2022, she has served as secretary of the board of the Institue of Architects of Barcelona, after having been a member in the 2018-2022 term.
With a career enriched by collaborations with prominent architects such as Pep Zazurca and Juan Trias de Bes, in 2008 she founded with David Jiménez the 08023 Architects studio, specializing in residential architecture. Her work ranges from high-end single-family homes to multi-family projects, both new construction and renovation.
Cristina approaches each project with a clear vision: to put people at the center of architecture. Her goal is not only to design spaces, but to create places that connect with those who inhabit them, integrating design, functionality and special attention to the needs of each client.
Since he was a child, David has seen architecture as more than just constructing buildings: for him, it is a way of transforming spaces into experiences. Graduated in 2004 from the University of Valladolid, his academic path led him to explore the world thanks to scholarships that took him to study in Rome and Barcelona, and to receive the prestigious Arquia Foundation scholarship.
During those years, he worked alongside great references such as Elena Mateu and Joan Guibernau, Francesco Coccia and Carlos Ferrater. In the latter studio, he led projects and competition proposals, consolidating his passion for creative and functional design.
With a constant concern for understanding the “why” of architecture, in 2006 he completed a master’s degree in Theory and Practice of the Architectural Project. His honors thesis explored how Greek architecture influenced modern masters such as the Smithsons, showcasing his ability to connect history, design and practice.
In 2008, he founded 08023 Architects with Cristina Mora, a practice that puts people at the center of every project. Today, David leads a team that designs buildings full of detail and personality, combining responsible creativity with constructive rigor.
David approaches each project with the conviction that architecture is a tool to improve lives and fill space with opportunities, combining theoretical reflection, innovative design and a commitment to excellence.
Since graduating in Architecture from ETSAB (UPC), Marc has found in every project an opportunity to learn, create and improve. His experience, cultivated since 2006 in national and international architecture and engineering firms, has given him a broad vision and a great ability to work in a team, adapting to all kinds of challenges.
In 2018, Marc joined 08023 Architects, and since then he has been a key player in our studio. He is in charge of bringing projects to life, from initial design to executive development.
Marc brings to the team his meticulous and committed personality, along with the ability to transform each project into a unique experience. For him, architecture is not just design; it is the art of finding solutions.
Antonino joined 08023 Architects in 2019 as a student intern and, after completing his studies in Italy, became part of the team bringing his meticulous and committed profile. His role as a link between the clients and the team ensures that each project flows with precision and care at every stage. With a solid background as an architect and a special passion for photography and architectural visualization, Antonino not only gives shape to ideas, but turns them into tangible and visually stunning solutions.
He is passionate about accompanying projects in all their phases: from preliminary studies and design, to the choice of materials and finishes, and finally, their full execution. His close approach ensures that clients’ decisions are always well guided and supported by his experience.
Antonino is convinced that details are the secret to transform an ordinary project into something extraordinary. His meticulous attention and aesthetic sensibility make every space he designs as functional as it is inspiring.
Cristina studied High School and Secretarial Studies and in her incorporation to the working world she worked in different sectors. In 2007 she had the opportunity to work for the first time in an architectural firm as a secretary and from the first moment she felt comfortable, learning a lot from all her colleagues and discovering how exciting the world of architecture could be, something that she combined with her love for music and art.
In 08023 Architects Cristina has had the great opportunity to return to work in the architecture sector and to be able to contribute all her experience, versatility and organizational and teamwork capacity, always keeping the illusion and enthusiasm to continue learning every day.
