PROJECT DESCRIPTION

It blends excellently with the spectacular surrounding garden, its more than 500 m2 are distributed over three floors: a technical basement, a day area on the first floor and a rest or night area on the upper floor.

The technologies of the 21st century are introduced and combined in housing to build an extraordinary house. The use of new insulating materials allows an exponential improvement in energy efficiency. Home automation makes it possible to control the entire house through a Smartphone. Rainwater is reused for the irrigation of the Mediterranean garden and the operation of the swimming pool.

The renovation of an abandoned house that has been reinvented. A house in which modernity, innovation and the design of pure lines are combined in a unique Mediterranean experience.

The living-dining room area has large windows that allow the house to be completely open to the outside, with no barriers to the landscape. The kitchen, spacious and functional, is equipped with the latest technologies combined with high quality cooking equipment.

The magnificent porch becomes a chill out area with led lighting with chromotherapy, changing with the moods of the owners. The incredible white overflowing pool communicates with the house and is also able to change the color of its crystal clear water.

The renovation provides the rooms with a wonderful individual terrace replacing the old sloping roof with a viewpoint without visual limits surrounded by white gravel gardens. The master suite has its own large dressing room and an elegant bathroom-spa area, with an impressive terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The basement has two large parking spaces, a gym, storage room, facilities and a large spa area in which to forget the outside world. The pool that emerges from the ground combines the relaxing sound of its waterfall with chromotherapy.

Finally, the magnificent garden surrounding the house combines native Mediterranean species with the Japanese Zen spirit, in a balance of tradition and serenity combined in nature as the ideal environment of the house.
