ALELLA HOUSE

Alella House is a daring project of transformation from a conventional introspective and closed conventional house to a wonderful lush and open Mediterranean villa.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The house was an old and outdated house that the passage of time had left behind. The new owners of Alella House called us thanks to our extensive experience in the renovation and renovation of old buildings to transform them into spectacular new homes.

After studying its possibilities, we discovered its enormous potential. Not only could we improve the interior design and provide a new, modern and contemporary image. We discovered that we could open up a new dimension in the structure of the house.

Alella House is a daring renovation project of an old house that turns a conventional house into a wonderful Mediterranean villa.

The strategies of our renovation project were to take advantage of the benefits of the old building and enhance the outdoor spaces. The construction of a new upper floor has been crucial to transform the building. A closed and intimate house is reoriented and transformed into a fabulous home open to the sun and the landscape.

The house is a true reflection of its owners and their lifestyle. After studying their needs, tastes and desires, we designed each space according to their needs and dreams.
